My Ultra Mac system

I think it’s about time I spec out my ideal Mac. I need a Quad-Core all in one system with a 27″ LED screen, ideally 2560 x 1440 res with up to 16GB RAM and 2TB internal drive. It would absolutely need a multitouch wireless mouse and have a DisplayPort input to turn it into an ultra HD viewing device. Oh, and it would need to be wall-mountable.

But who am I kidding? When is a dream system like that ever see the light of day?

    me thinks that me needs to go out and get some buziness so I can go out and get a couple of these nice beauties for the house and work. the minuscule disks I’ve got in all of my computers are maxed out, so much that I had to house my iPhoto collections on external disks. at least this is the excuse I’m using and will be using to grab a couple of these beauties ;)

    Mahmood, this would make a perfect TV with an iMac built in! Apple and third parties are about to release all sorts of DisplayPort adapters that will let you connect BluRay, PS3 or any HDMI complaint device to the screen. Me want one!

    Mark, you can’t halt progress! Well, depending on your finances of course. Hmm, do people still rob banks? They certainly have enough of our money…
