We had a very good break in Bahrain. I didn’t take my laptop and therefore couldn’t check my RSS feeds so I didn’t expect NetNewsWire‘s update badge to be in the thousands. I started going through the updates and then had a moment of inspiration: mark them all read. If I missed anything interesting or important, it will no doubt pop up again somewhere else. Done!

Posts on haniblog will contain the following in the coming weeks: iPhone/Mac application development; more Flame tips; Airport Express; and more. Meanwhile, here’s a photo I took on holiday in Bahrain. My sister took me to see Beit al-Qahwa in Muharraq, a coffee shop designed and built from the ground up by my brother Jamal, just in time for Bahrain’s Spring of Culture. More photos of Bahrain in my Flickr photostream.

Off for two weeks

It’s been very, very busy and a bit stressful since the year started and I’m so glad that the Easter break is finally here. We’re all off to Bahrain for a holiday in the sunshine (hopefully no sand storms!)

I’ll leave you with these videos showcasing the iPhone’s only serious competitor, the Palm Pre.

Hi. I'm Hani and this is my blog. I also have some photos on Flickr, bookmarks on Delicious, tweets on Twitter and generalities on Facebook as well. Most of the time I can be found at Prime Focus in London, crafting commericals using Flame.
