Airfoil

If you have an Airport Express you have to get Airfoil. The app lets you stream music from your Mac to just about anything that receives a wifi signal, including your iPhone, a Windows or Linux box or even the AppleTV. You select the source application and activate the destination speakers and off you go!

WWDC09

Not long now. The keynote will be at 6pm tonight and the mac sites are glowing red with rumours.

What I’m really looking forward to, aside from the iPhone 3GS, is the 3.0 software update. I’d love to install it tonight!

Tick, tock, tick, tock.

Happy 25th, Mac!

The first time I saw a Macintosh was when I visited my brother Jamal in San Francisco when I was almost 18. He had a Macintosh Plus and I was absolutely amazed by it. The Finder! Cut, Copy & Paste! MacPaint! MacWrite! A 3.5″ floppy! The  Menu! And most significantly, the Mouse!

It’s amazing that I still have the same thrill using my Mac today that I did then, 25 years later.

As a fitting celebration, here’s a video of Steve Jobs introducing the first Macintosh. Happy Birthday Mac!

DeliciousSafari.

Finally! A delicious plugin for Safari. DeliciousSafari even puts an icon on the toolbar to add a bookmark, including all the popular tags a particular entry has. To add icing to the cake, there’s a free iPhone App!

UPDATE: Ignore the iPhone App. On a uselessness scale of 1 to 10 it’s 9.99995. Delete.

Hi. I'm Hani and this is my blog. I also have some photos on Flickr, bookmarks on Delicious, tweets on Twitter and generalities on Facebook as well. Most of the time I can be found at Prime Focus in London, crafting commericals using Flame.
